- Plug-and-play ISMS toolkit. NAALA provided a toolkit within Confluence and Jira, including templates and a structured management system, alongside online modules for employee training. This allowed timformatie. to distribute tasks from the implementation plan to the team from the very beginning, making it a shared effort and limiting the pressure on the team.
- Internal audit services. NAALA concluded the implementation with an independent and objective internal audit assessing the design and effectiveness of the newly implemented ISMS.
